10. Automatic Alerts

Automatic alerts on events

With LabKey you can receive a notification via email, sms or activate an external call every time a user accesses or tries to access an access point.

You can set the alerts through the dedicated CRM software, which is accessible with a username and password (set during the first access), at this address:

To activate the alerts, go to the "Alerts and Communications" section, which can be found in the CRM menu. Choose the user for whom you want to set the alerts, and customize the alerts by choosing from the various alert modes.
