Can I receive a notification for unauthorized access attempts?

Alerts and Communications allow notifications by email, Telegram, or phone call for invalid access attempts.

How do I access control unit management without going through the cloud?

By connecting to the control unit’s local Wi-Fi network and reaching its dedicated IP address from a browser.

What happens if the internet connection drops?

Without internet, the system keeps working in Stand Alone mode for already-authorized users.

Is the data managed by the panel secure?

If a key or badge is lost, how long does it take to revoke its access?
